About the Author:

Ed Baden-Powell is a partner at Michael Simkins LLP, specialising in intellectual property and commercial contracts. He acts for a number of leading rights-owners, sports bodies and entertainers, and advises on a broad range of contracts within the media and sports industries. Ed has also performed with an award-winning band and is an experienced record producer.
Alasdair Bleakley is a senior solicitor at Addleshaw Goddard LLP, advising on intellectual property and commercial law. He acts for a wide range of clients in the retail, brands and financial services sectors. Alasdair has co-written each of the four editions of this companion and is published in the national press, Trade Mark World and Copyright World.
Jeffrey Eneberi is currently Senior Legal Counsel with one of the largest energy companies in the world. With his initial training in the City, he specialises in IP and has built up particular expertise in the renewable energy sector and also transactions in the Far East, namely, China and Japan. With a degree in Genetics and an MBA from London Business School, he has developed a passion for taking complicated matters and translating them into clear, simple messages.
