I bumped into Kate Walsh at GMTV a few days after she had finished second to Yasmina on the Apprentice. She is even more gorgeous in real life and exuded such sparkle and confidence. I don't know what her secret is but she seems very much at ease with herself and its obvious she will succeed in whatever she does. It would be great if this was on tap for all of us, all of the time, but some days can be harder than others. Dr Wayne Dyer's philosophy and teachings on life improvement in Stop Your Excuses zaps such defeatist attitudes. His latest book is a real kick up the backside for all feelings of fear and doubt. He provides simple ways of dissolving weakness and patterns of blocked behaviour to propel you into realms of success and confidence that perhaps were only there sporadically before.
