About the Author

Dr Ingeborg N. Bosch received her Dutch Doctoraal degree in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam (1986). Inspired by the work of Alice Miller and later that of Jean Jenson, who became a close colleague and mentor, Ingeborg went on to develop the new insights and theoretical concepts that have now given rise to a fundamentally renewed therapy, PRI. Now based in France, as well as providing therapy and writing books she is dedicated to the training of therapists in order to make PRI more accessible to the larger public. www.PastRealityIntegration.com

Review

"* 'A must read for anyone eager to shed emotional baggage and flourish. My hunch is that it will be a life-giver for many people.' (Professor Barbara Fredrickson, author of 'Positivity') * 'Rarely does a book come along that provides a woven set of solutions for self-awareness and personal growth that supports compassion for oneself and others while prodding us to the deepest possible self-reflection.... a critical handbook for discharging our negative patterns and rising to a new level of personal conscious integration.' (Rinaldo S. Brutoco, J.D., Former Chairman, Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, Former Chairman, The Hoffman Institute) * 'If you would like to find a way to live more in the moment, your guide should be Ingeborg Bosch. Her understanding of human nature, explained in this book, is unequaled by any other school of psychology or form of therapy. The next step you take towards living in the real world - towards living in the moment (should be to read this book.' - Preston Ford, B.S. M.IT., M.B.A., Harvard University)"
