Recipient of the Shirley Jackson Prize and the World Fantasy Award, as well as a finalist for the Bram Stoker Award, Editor Danel Olson teaches at Lone Star College in Houston, Texas, and is a PhD candidate on ghosts & terrorism at University of Stirling, Scotland. He writes on Gothic fiction (21st Century Gothic: Great Gothic Novels Since 2000) and debuts short stories (Exotic Gothic I-V).
