About the Author

Steve Radcliffe, originally from Wigan, studied at Oxford before being drilled inbusiness at Procter and Gamble. He later moved to the US to become a Chief Executive in a multinational business, before returning to reorganise it in Europe. Since then he's been dedicated to developing leaders in Whitehall and business board rooms in the UK and beyond. He now lives in Hampshire.
