About the Author
SEAN TAYLOR is the award-winning author of 11 children's books. When a Monster is Born was highly commended for the Sheffield Book Award and won both the Portsmouth and the Smarties Prize. In 2009 both Crocodiles are the Best Animals of All and his easy reader Purple Class and the Half-Eaten Sweater were shortlisted for the Roald Dahl Funny Prize. He divides his time between Rio and London.
ROSS COLLINS graduated from the Glasgow School of Art with a First in Illustration. In the same year he won the Macmillan Children's Book Prize. He now has over eighty titles to his name including Busy Night which won the White Raven Award and Billy Monster's Daymare which won the Royal Mail Book Award. He lives in Glasgow.
