Writing the 'Dragon Society' was an intresting, reflective and positive experience for me. I had to draw on all my past experiences both as someone from ethnic monority background and as a medical professional to tell this story. The purpose of me telling this story was to illustrate some of the societal pressures and challenges faced by youths from ethnic minority groups when they relocate to western countries. Whilst at the same time demonstrating to readers that Godliness, good moral virtues and respect for the law remain the only true route to a lasting peaceful successful life.
