About the Author:

Tarek Malouf opened The Hummingbird Bakery in early 2004, with branches now in London's Notting Hill, South Kensington, Soho, Islington, and Spitalfields. His aim was to provide Londoners with the classic American bakes he'd enjoyed as a child.
