Maurice Kogan is Joint Director of the Centre for the Evaluation of Public Policy and Practice, Brunel University. Marianne Bauer is Emerita Professor at Goteborg University. Ivar Bleiklie is Professor of Public Policy and Administration and Director of the Norwegian Research Centre in Organisation and Management at the University of Bergen. Mary Henkel is Reader in the Department of Government at Brunel University.
