About the Author
Robert Abbey, Solicitor, Professor of Legal Education and Practice, and Director of the LPC at Westminster University. He is the Law Society's Chief External Examiner in property law and practice and is a consultant solicitor in a central London firm.
Mark Richards, Solicitor and Senior Lecturer in law at Westminster University, previously a partner in a central London firm specialising in conveyancing and property law.
