About the Author
David Oughton is Professor of Commercial Law at De Montfort University and has lectured in tort, contract, consumer law and commercial law. He is author of Textbook on Consumer Law, Limitation of Actions and Common Law of Obligations. John Lowry teaches tort, company law and insurance law at
Brunel University. He has written widely for legal journals in England, Canada and Australia and he is co-author of Textbook on Consumer Law and Limitation of Actions.
