He is also a consultant with Russell Jones and Walker Solicitors, London and is the Law Society's Chief External Examiner in Property Law and Practice. Mark Richards, solicitor, is a Partner at Hamlin Slowe, specializing in all areas of commercial property and is Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Westminster.
