About the Author

Geoffrey Rivlin is an experienced Circuit Judge, who was for many years a barrister and QC. He sits regularly in the Crown Court and High Court, and is a Bencher of the Middle Temple. He has devoted much time to assisting in the training of young advocates and newly appointed judges.
