About the Author:
Una Woods is currently a lecturer in the University of Limerick, specialising in Land Law. Prof Wylie, already a well-known author on Irish property law, was a Consultant to the Law Reform Commission on various reform projects it carried out between 2001 and 2008. He played a leading role in the Joint Project with the Department of Justice, Equality and Law Reform.
