About the Author:
Barbara Allan BSc MA MSc MEd PGCE MCLIP is a Senior Lecturer in student learning and management learning at the Hull University Business School. Her previous experience includes managing academic and workplace libraries. Barbara has written a number of books including E-learning and Teaching in Library and Information Services and Project Management: tools and techniques for today's ILS professional (both Facet Publishing).
