About the Author

Graham P. Cornish BA FCLIP was Programme Director for the IFLA Availability of Publications Programme, and responsible for copyright interpretation throughout The British Library. A former President of CILIP, he is now an independent adviser and trainer working under the label (c)opyright Circle.
