About the Author:

Dr Holloway is a leading consultant psychiatrist with over 30 years clinical experience, who has co-edited one of the leading textbooks in this area. Dr Carson qualified as a clinical psychologist 26 years ago. He has been involved in a number of pioneering recovery initiatives.
