About the Author:

Jeremy Myerson Professor of Design Studies and Co-director of the Helen Hamlyn Research Centre at the Royal College of Art in London, which investigates 'design for our future selves'. His previous publications include IDEO: Masters of Innovation and The Creative Office. Philip Ross is a consultant on workplace and technology futures.
