Deals with the murder of William Neiman in an exploding pick-up truck in Monroe, Arizona in 1982. One John Foster was charged with the murder and spent seven years on Death Row, despite the author's attempts to persuade the authorities that he had seen two men, neither one being Foster, planting a device in Neiman's vehicle.
