About the Author

Neil Glass works for Gemini Consulting, designing and launching major performance improvement programs for private and public sector organizations throughout Europe and America. He has wide-ranging experience in many key industries including railways, aerospace and defense, cars, satellites, financial services, fast moving consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, healthcare and foods. Neil Glass studied at Cambridge University and Warwick Business School. He has written four books on management, two serious and two which take a more light-hearted look at working in organizations.
