About the Authors
Geraldine Price is a member of the original DfES working party which set up the practicing certificate and also of the current committee responsible for the regulation of courses. She is Director of an MSc in SpLD at the University of Southampton.
Janet Skinner is Head of the Learning Differences Centre, which provides support for all SpLD students at the University of Southampton.
