Synopsis
Thirty-three papers from the June 1996 forum present developments in the analysis of complex fluid behavior. Emphasis is placed upon the relation between small-scale structure and large-scale response. The first set of papers deal with bulk viscoelastic models for polymeric systems. The second part on polymeric and self-assembled systems concentrates more on the dynamics at the molecular level. Part three examines the dynamics of particle suspensions on the structural scale.
