Synopsis

The emphasis is on the rider's increased awareness, improved relaxation and a more positive attitude, rather than on instruction imposed from outside. The book includes a new approach to riding - "inner learning" techniques and should be of benefit to both novices, experienced riders and coaches

About the Author
Audrey Townley has been a Fellow of the British Horse Society since 1954. As well as teaching riding, she has competed in all areas of the sport, and been an examiner and dressage judge, a riding school inspector and part-time National Coach for Scotland. She is author of The Natural Horse, also published by Crowood.
