Mary Louise O'Connor-Fleming is a senior lecturer in the school of public health at Queensland University of Technology in Australia. She has worked as academic advisor to the dean in the Faculty of Health and with both government and nongovernment organizations. She is a member of the Queensland Health Promotion Council. Elizabeth Parker is also a lecturer in the school of public health at Queensland University of Technology. She has worked as a senior manager in the Toronto Department of Public Health and as a consultant for the Canadian Public Health Association. They both live in Brisbane, Australia.
