The Doomsday Genie was born out of my own scientific background, especially within the field of viral symbiosis.  While there is some science in it, it is all simply explained so that an ordinary reader will understand it, maybe even share my fascination with the real science behind it.

I have to admit that the initial POD of this book contained a few too many typos for my liking.  These have now been corrected, while the POD has become something of a collector's item.

I like the fact The Doomsday Genie is now available on Kindle - it opens the extraordinary tale to a much wider readership, especially so in the United States, where I conducted my researches for the book and where the action is based.

I hope people enjoy it, even if it is a little scare - well a lot scary.
