About the Author
Douglas Harding is a highly regarded philosopher and spiritual teacher and the author of many books, including the contemporary classic "On Having No Head." His unique method of awakening to the Source, of seeing "who" we really are, is original, effective, direct, and practical. Harding's inspired approach is conversant with the spirit and conclusions of modern science and is affirmed by the immediate evidence of our senses rather than by speculative belief. The method of direct perception-of seeing ourselves as we truly are-as taught by Harding for more than fifty years, is increasingly recognized by people the world over as the new face of spirituality.
