About the Author
Doc Childre is the founder of the Institute of HeartMath, and President of HeartMath LLC, whose training programs have made their way into Fortune 100 companies, government agencies, military bases, school systems and health organizations around the world. A native North Carolinian, Doc combines refreshing common sense with high level intuition and insight for a practical and profound reading experience and provides much needed hope for a stressed out world.
Sara Paddison is president of the Institute of HeartMath (IHM), a nonprofit research and education organization founded by Doc Childre. IHM conducts leading edge scientific research on the heart and its influence over the rest of the body and mind. She lives in Boulder Creek, California with her 17 year old son.
