About the Author

Ron Potter-Efron is a clinical psychotherapist in private practice in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, with a special focus on anger management. He is also a certified alcohol and drug counselor. His book Anger, Alcoholism, and Addiction was featured in the Behavioral Sciences Book Club. He and his wife Pat wrote Letting Go of Shame, which was a main selection of the Psychology Today Book Club. In addition to his psychotherapy practice and writing, Dr. Potter-Efron gives numerous workshops and lectures.
