A professional in the community association industry since 1979. Jan's management and supervision experience runs the gamut . . . from high-rise condominiums, planned developments and townhouse complexes to large estate-type associations and retirement communities. In 1990, she achieved the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from Community Associates Institute and in 1994, she was given the Community Associations Institute's prestigious national award, the Byron Hanke Award. She lives in Orange County, California.
