Review
On the level of readerly interpretation, Knowles clearly cares much about process. Her texts are gracefully open-ended, suggestive, and therefor demanding of a different kind of reading, one which elevates tone, balance, texture, and feel over the falsely reassuring finalities of linear exposition or bald paraphrase.
