Kris Miller is a rug hooking teacher and designer who specializes in primitive designs with an emphasis on textured wool and wide cuts. She is the owner of Spruce Ridge Studios, featuring original primitive rug hooking patterns and rug hooking supplies. Kris has won many awards for her rugs, and she writes for Rug Hooking magazine and teaches at many workshops and rug camps across the United States and England. Kris lives in Howell, Michigan with her husband, two sons, and an assortment of Angora goats, sheep, and alpacas.
