Synopsis
Leader Shifting can be glorious and successful or fraught with mistakes that lead to disaster. Success requires understanding basic relational and authority dynamics, then following well-thought out steps for a smooth succession. This book will be most beneficial for small to medium-sized churches that have some freedom in how successors are chosen and especially for churches that recognize the five-fold ministry. However, all churches and church leaders should be planning for succession. Beginning now is always better than later!

About the Author
After pastoring a church in the Northwest United States, Dr. Harold R. Eberle embarked on a traveling ministry through he has influenced leaders lives all over the world. Over the course of 40+ years of ministry, he has authored more than 30 books and helped build 15 Bible colleges in the Philippines, Africa, and Pakistan. Harold and Linda Eberle were married in 1978. In addition to helping with the ministry, Linda was a third-grade school teacher for 15 years. Together they live in Yakima, Washington, USA, where they raised their three children who are now grown. Yakima serves as headquarters for their ministry known as Worldcast Ministries and Publishing.
