About the Author
Donald J. Treffinger is the president of the Center for Creative Learning in Sarasota, FL. He is editor-in-chief of Parenting for High Potential and has also served as editor of Gifted Child Quarterly. Dr. Treffinger is the author of more than 350 articles, chapters, and books on creativity, Creative Problem Solving, gifted education, and talent development. Grover Young, Carole Nassab, and Carol Wittig are members of the core leadership team of the Center for Creative Learning, experienced educators and trainers, and coauthors of several books, including Thinking With Standards: Preparing for Tomorrow. Ms. Nassab is also coauthor of Thinking Tools Lessons with Dr. Treffinger. Ms. Wittig and Mr. Young have been actively involved in planning and implementing Levels of Service programming at the school and district levels for more than two decades.
