About the Author

Gerald Michaelson has had a along and distinguished career in industry and consulting and is currently executive vice president of Tennessee Associates International (TAI), a global management consulting firm. He is author of 50 Ways to Close the Sale (William Morrow) and Building Bridges to Customers (Productivity Press), and, since 1992, he has been a frequent special contributor to SUCCESS magazine. Michaelson frequently speaks to workshops and seminars on sales, marketing, and customer service.
