The Badass Business Women movement is revolutionizing the way women express themselves in the business environment. We are impacting the way we see ourselves, the way we see each other, and the way our male colleagues relate to us. So many of us are waiting for someone to notice us. Why aren’t we announcing who we are and the big things we are capable of? What this world needs is more Badass Business Women – women embracing their unique edge, who think big and act in the face of their fear. As a businesswoman there’s a certain protocol: Be professional. Be appropriate. Let your hair down after work, not from 9-5. Badass Business Women embodies the opposite. We encourage you to be outrageously self-expressed. We give you the freedom to be yourself. We challenge you to throw your personality into your business. Business is no longer about fitting in. It’s about standing out. Just as the civil rights movement and women's liberation movement dramatically shifted personal and public perception, the Badass Business Women's movement seeks to do the same. We are developing our capacity to trust ourselves and each other, ask for what we want, move with velocity, and have fun while we’re making money. In doing so we not only build million $ women led enterprises, but will pave the way so the next generation of girls grows up excited to express their unique gifts in a business world that eagerly welcomes them.
