About the Author

S.T. Davis is the author of another middle-grade novel about the American Revolution. Her first book, Musket and Mobcap, takes place in the Hudson Valley. The novel offers the reader insight into the daily life of a teenager during a volatile time in American history. The adventurous teenage protagonist, Sybil Ludington, rides forty miles to muster her father's militia troops and help save Danbury.
