About the Author
Peter Ridge is a resident of Milpitas, California, where he is Engineering Manager at Creative Labs, Inc. He admits that his true mission in life is to demystify technical topics. He is co-author of the best-selling Sound Blaster: The Official Book (Osborne/McGraw-Hill) and a contributor to The Business Week Guide to Multimedia Presentations (Osborne/McGraw-Hill).
