Clifford L. Corman, MD, is a board-certified child psychiatrist who has also collaborated in the development of Tests of Variables of Attention (TOVA). He lives in Los Alamitos, California. Esther Trevino, MFCC, is a licensed marriage, family, and child counselor and director of counseling for Accredited Psychological Consultants, specializing in assessment and treatment of individuals with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder. She lives in Sonoma, California. Richard A. Dimatteo is a freelance illustrator who lives in western Massachusetts.
