International terrorism is brought to the United States again! Starting with the discovery of plastic explosive being smuggled into the United States through New Orleans, Louisiana and Port Isabel, Texas. A small cadre of dedicated people reveal how easy it is to cripple segments of America's more important infrastructure. Targeted for destruction are bridges and railroad crossings that span the Mississippi River and many natural gas pipelines that serve the Midwest and the East Coast States.

From the Author:
Little has been said or done in the United States to identify and set up protective measures for our critical infrastructure. Our government's preparations seem restricted to discussions of the dangers from nuclear, biological, or government buildings as targets. The book reveals how a small group of dedicated, well financed terrorists can at will destroy enough of our natural gas flow and Mississippi River transport to all but cripple America's most populous areas.
