About the Author:
James Ball is CEO and Jennifer Kuchta is Vice President of The Goals Institute, the company they founded to help organizations and individuals achieve their potential through goal achievement.

Previously, Jim co-founded and was CEO of Venture America, a venture capital firm that helped launch more than twenty companies, including The Discovery Channel. Before that he was a managing partner at Arthur Andersen. Jim is a certified public accountant. He has been an adjunct faculty member at George Mason University where he co-founded and was the first president of GMU's Entrepreneurial Institute.

Jim is the author of seven additional books including:

Before that, she was a marketing specialist for fine arts. She has an accounting degree and is the publisher for all works produced by The Goals Institute.

Jim and Jennifer write books, develop learning programs, and provide speeches and seminars for organizations.
