Cheesy Philly Melt
 
1 lb. ground chuck
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
4 t. dark brown mustard
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. thyme
1 med. onion, sliced into rings
4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 T. butter
3-oz. pkg. cream cheese
wheat buns
 
Mix ground chuck with Worcestershire sauce, brown mustard, garlic powder and thyme. Combine well and shape into patties, grill until done. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until transparent and set aside. Spread cream cheese on wheat buns, top with onions and mushrooms
