About the Author
Jodi Schneiter (now Jodi Hockinson, DTR, CDM, CFPP) holds degrees in nutrition as well as social sciences/history as well as liberal arts.
A member of Phi Theta Kappa, the national honor society for two year colleges, she has been named in two annual editions of the National Dean's List.
She plans to continue the Gout Hater's Collection with her next cookbook, which will feature creative holiday eating on the low purine diet.
