Cynthia Istook hold a B.S in Merchandising, Clothing, and Textiles and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Textiles and Clothing. She has 30 years experience in apparel construction and broad experience in freelance design, merchandising and retailing as a practitioner. She teaches Apparel Technology and Management at North Carolina State University.
