Touch will be devoted to the latest techniques in printing effects. Celebrated fashion illustrator Francois Berthoud will create a spectacular portfolio of images devoted to the Fall-Winter 2000-2001 fashion collections The image will come packaged in a Fendi fur case, providing not only a visual experience, but a textural one as well. For Visionaire #34: Man, Visionaire will once again join forces with world-renowned fashion photographer Mario Testino. Testino -- a regular contributor to Vanity Fair and Vogue who has been responsible for numerous advertising campaigns including Gucci, Ralph Lauren, and Calvin Klein -- will focus his camera on men and cull talent from around the world to contribute to an issue of Visionaire devoted exclusively to the masculine world.

Mario Testino was born in Lima, Peru, and came of age as a photographer in London in the late 1970s. He has been widely published in Vogue, Vanity Fair and other magazines. His photographs of Princess Diana have been shown at Kensington Palace in London, and he has also received commissions to photograph the Prince of Wales, Prince William and Prince Harry. His most recent major exhibition, Portraits, opened at the National Gallery in London in 2002 and toured for the next two years, stopping in cities including Milan, Amsterdam and Tokyo.
Testino rounds out the mix with his own 24-page fashion story and portfolio featuring men from around the world. -- Picture, July/August 2001
