About the Author

David Carlton, D.V.M., received his Doctorate from Texas A&M, and, during the past three decades, has owned five veterinary hospitals. He writes articles on animal health care, and is a regular speaker and entertainer for corporate groups, schools, and western events. He continues to practice as a surgeon and consultant for clinics in Dallas.
