About the Author

The author was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She is married and the mother of three children, and currently resides in Jacksonville, Florida with her husband and two dogs. Her professional background involves a past life of interesting employable venues, but her most memorable times include being an adjunct professor for Medical Assisting and Allied Health programs as well as a Business Management Technology program. During her service as an adjunct she served as an Academic Medical Chair and Business Management Technology Program Director bringing about excellence in her path and making a difference for students in their course of learning and application. In her leisure time, she likes to volunteer, enjoy the outdoors and nature and of course spend time writing. The author holds a Master Degree in Business/Health Care Management, an Education Specialist/Teacher Leadership Degree, and is a Certified Life Coach currently specializing in Transformation for Empty Nester's. It is her utmost desire to change the course of people’s lives so that they will be ready to handle and embrace their God given talents, abilities and most of all, to love themselves.
