About the Author

Joe Folkman is a founding principal of Novations Group, Inc., where he helps organizations design assessment tools and feedback processes. He has over 20 years of experience in survey research, analysis, and consulting in organizational diagnosis, management assessment, customer service analysis, and managing change processes.

Folkman is the author of Turning Feedback into Change and Making Feedback Work. He has received a master's degree in organizational behavior and a doctorate in social and organizational psychology from Brigham Young University. His research has been published in the Wall Street Journal, among other publications.
