BILL WILLIAMS has been active in the political arena since the early '60's. Twelve years later real-life experiences while serving on the staff of Florida Governor Bob Graham inspired him to write his first novel, "TIT FOR TAT".

The author's longtime experiences with hands-on political maneuvering as an inside operative gives him a unique perspective and opportunity to bring the readers into the everyday life of internal political happenings.
