About the Author
Patty Lee received her doctorage in Learning Disabilities and Special Education Administration from the University of Kansas. She has served in education for over 40 years as a teacher, administrator and professor. Throughout this time, she has studied communication skills and strategies that make collaborative teamwork effective. She has offered countless workshops, seminars and staff development sessions that address teh challenges and delights of working together in the interest of kids.
