Arthur I. Blaustein teaches community development, social history, and urban policy at the University of California, Berkeley. Professor Blaustein presently serves on the board of the National Endowment for the Humanities and has been the faculty advisor to the AmeriCorps program at UC Berkeley for the past six years.
